SEND Transition
We recognise that transitions can be difficult for a child with SEND and have a SEND Team which includes: Melissa Morton, Headteacher, and the SENCO, Catherine Hall, to take the necessary steps to ensure that any transition is as smooth as possible and that enhanced transition is arranged where necessary.
We support children with SEND when they are joining us, moving on to another class or phase, or leaving this school.
